Our Whispering Woods Spa is open to booking for both Public + Oak Lodge Guests. We welcome you to unwind on our Farmhouse property.
Appointment Information
- Booking appointments 7 – 10 days in advance is recommended – helping to ensure that you will receive your desired treatment as close to your preferred time/date as possible.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to check-in. We are located along Route 130 across from the Lake at Oak Lodge: View our Location.
*Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time. - Please remove jewelry prior to treatment + refrain from wearing perfume/cologne. During treatment, you will be professionally draped at all times. Discuss any clothing concerns with your therapist if necessary, your comfort is our top priority.

- When Oak Lodge is not hosting a private event – Spa clients are welcome to enjoy the pool house, hiking trails + lake before or after treatments.
Note: Please shower before entering our pool or hot tub.
Spa Policies
- All Spa Appointments require a 6 hour cancellation notice. Less than 6 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee per person. A no-show or late arrival will result in a full charge.
- A Physician’s release is required for any serious medical conditions such as: Heart Conditions, Cancer (If still in treatment), High Risk Medical Conditions + Autoimmune Disease. Physician’s consent is also required if pregnant. Please inform us of any allergies when booking services.
- Gratuity may be paid directly to your therapist or added to your bill following your service.

The Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, is good for both physical + mental wellbeing. Proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness, free up creativity, lower heart rate + blood pressure, boost the immune system + accelerate recovery from illness.

Sound Healing Session
A home remedy favored by cultures for generations, sound baths gently guide you into a meditative state through use of music + instruments. Manage anxiety, sooth the nervous system + block all distractions from consciousness as you connect with your body. Perfect for beginners – just lay back & listen.
Our Sound Baths invite you to recline on our yoga mats as our trained Yogi/Musician, Jeffrey Donegan, orchestrates a sequence of quartz crystal singing bowls creating soothing, overlapping vibrations, that “bath” your body in healing energy. Each bowl is keyed to the energy centers or chakras of the body, where sound is nutrition for the nervous system!
These vibrations lead you deeper into a state of relaxation, shutting off your body’s fight-or-flight reflex, to release stress from head to toe – Leaving you with unforgettable waves of peace, heightened awareness + relaxation of the mind + body.
