The Main Lobby
Once you’ve parked your car at the Main Lodge, you’ll be captivated from the moment you step into our Main Lobby. The floor-to-ceiling, stone-faced fireplace is the main feature of the room and moves your eyes up to the stunning wooden beams and trim defining the ceiling. Relax on one of the comfortable leather couches, at the long farm table, or in one of the bar stools, each of which offers views of our breathtaking property. As you look around the room, wild game memorabilia is an adornment of our rustic bed and breakfast. On occasion, you may see Matt cooking breakfast for guests in the full kitchen, a part of the Main Lobby!
Dressed in rustic elegance, book your intimate getaway in either our Main Lodge or the Eagle’s Nest. The Main Lodge offers five charming guest rooms and one detached suite. Each of these relaxing retreats boasts restored hardwood floors, unique novelties, eclectic decor, comfortable seating areas, private balconies, and copious amounts of natural light. Whether you relax in the cozy bed, in the spacious bathroom, or on the private balcony, you’re sure to feel closer to your partner this year.
If you are searching for a private escape, consider booking our Eagle’s Nest. This 1,200-square-foot hideaway features a kitchenette, an open floor plan, a large soaker tub, and unparalleled vistas of our wonderful waterfalls. When you wake each morning, walk through our wonderful property to start your day with breakfast at Penn Place from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.! Featuring our famous Jimberg Syrup, come hungry to enjoy a gourmet spread at our rustic bed and breakfast. If you wake before the meals are served, enjoy a cup of coffee in the Main Lodge lobby, and watch the sun rise over our property through the wall-to-ceiling windows.
Follow a designated path through the heart of our haven and watch the historical charm of the Jimberg Village come to life right before your eyes. In fact, this faux 18th-century village is the stunning backdrop for the many weddings at Oak Lodge. You’ll find The Chapel, Mercantile Hall, and Tally Ho Tavern, each of which is included in your package. Once you tie the knot, head over to the Mercantile Hall Bar to celebrate with an artfully prepared cocktail and heavy hors-d’oeuvres. Our private property provides the perfect balance of business and pleasure, all set to the tune of serenity. With the assistance of our event planning team, we will provide you with a personal yet professional experience from the moment you inquire to well after you’ve spent your meeting with us.
Oak Lodge boasts wonderful meeting spaces and reasonable nightly rates. The official meeting locations are in either the Tally Ho Tavern or Penn Place with a maximum occupancy of 10 people. You can also use the Main Lodge dining room as a meeting place, but you must book the five rooms in order to receive this offer, the maximum again being 10. You won’t be disappointed by your time with us!
