A credit card is required at the time of reservation. All reservations are secured with a deposit of 50% of the reserved stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-ins are anytime after 4:00PM the day of your arrival. If your accommodation becomes available earlier in the day our team will contact you promptly. Check-outs must be by 11:00AM the day of your departure.
Two-night stays are required on weekends. One-night weekend stays are honored on a limited basis, please call our office one week prior to your desired stay to check availability or be put on our waitlist.
All Bed & Breakfast accommodations are limited to a double occupancy. This includes any of our Main Lodge Suites, Cabins, & Eagle’s Nest Private Suite. Guest counts exceeding the two-person limit will be charged an Additional Guest Fee of $25.00 per extra person. NOTE: Maximum occupancy for B&B Accommodations is 3 guests.
Our Farmhouse 1868 Vacation Rental is limited to a minimum of 8 guests with the Additional Guest Fee of $25.00 per extra person that exceeds this accommodation. NOTE: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests for the Vacation Rental.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay in any of our Main Lodge Suites – When reserving any of our Cabins or Eagle’s Nest Suite, we require an accompanying adult to be staying in the same accommodation as the guest under the age of 18. Additionally, we ask that there be adult supervision at all times during use of our pool house to maintain a relaxing getaway for all B&B guests staying on our Oak Lodge property.
We do not permit cooking in or near any of our Cabins, as well as within the Main Lodge. This includes use of any form of portable grills, firepits, stoves, toasters and ovens. Check out our Amenities for more information on our firepits!
Cleaning & Maintenance
Oak Lodge is a non-smoking facility. A Smoking Fee of $150.00 will be charged to the card on file if smoking is evident upon departure.
Main Lodge Access
Our Main Lodge is a by appointment & reservation only accessible building. Guests staying in the Main Lodge have exclusive access to the common areas of the house (Kitchen, Dining & Great Room). Under no circumstances may common parties that have booked other accommodations on the property gather in these areas, so that we may maintain a relaxing & courteous environment for all Main Lodge & Spa guests.
Cancelling your reservation 10 days or more prior to your arrival date results in a refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancel 9 days or less prior to your arrival date & we offer the option of rescheduling the reservation for a future date – The deposit cannot be refunded, but we do allow a limited time frame of 3 days after initial cancellation to transfer your deposit to new desired dates. NOTE: Rates are subject to change.
